Operators can now create and reuse post templates for the property activity feed and the community updates feed. A template stores the title, rich text, uploaded assets, and link/video embeds you use often — so when it's time to post, your team picks a template instead of starting from a blank composer.

Use sharing to keep templates relevant — for example, a community-specific groundbreaking announcement doesn't need to show up as an option for unrelated communities. The Templates page lets you filter by Division and Community to quickly find the right template, including builder-wide and division-level templates that apply to the appropriate scope.

When you go to publish an update on a property's activity feed or a community's updates feed, a template picker appears beside the composer if any templates apply. Selecting a template prefills the post with its saved content, attachments, and assets — ready to review, tweak if needed, and publish.

Templates are a tool available on Operator web and mobile. Buyers never see templates or the picker — they only see the finished post once it's published.
