This guide provides step-by-step instructions to help you set up your account, log in, and access the Foundation Operator platform.

Following these steps ensures a seamless start to managing your homes, buyers, and teams.


Creating Your Account

Your account is created by an administrator within your organization — there is no self-registration process.

Prerequisites

  • Your company must have an active Foundation account.

  • An administrator from your team must add you as a new team member in the Operator portal.

Once added, you’ll receive an email invitation with a link to set your password and complete your account setup.

If you haven’t received the email:

  • Check your spam or junk folder.

  • Contact your internal administrator to confirm you’ve been added to the platform.


Logging In to the Operator Portal

Follow these steps to securely access your Foundation Operator account.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Navigate to the Login Page: Open your web browser and go to your company’s unique Foundation landing page.

  2. Select Builder Login: Click the Builder Login link (typically in the upper-right corner).

  3. Enter Your Credentials: Enter the email address associated with your account and click Continue.

  4. Enter Your Password: On the next screen, type your password and click Continue to access Operator.

Troubleshooting Tips

  • Incorrect URL: Make sure you’re using your company-specific landing page (a generic one won’t work).

  • Incorrect Email: Verify you’re using the same email your administrator used to create your account.

  • Browser Issues: If login fails, clear your browser cache/cookies or try another browser.


Resetting Your Password

If you’ve forgotten your password, reset it easily from the login screen.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Go to the Login Page: Navigate to the Builder Login screen.

  2. Enter Your Email: Type your email address and click Continue.

  3. Initiate Reset: On the password entry screen, click Forgot password?

  4. Check Your Email: You’ll receive a secure link to create a new password. The link is time-sensitive and can only be used once.

  5. Create a New Password: Follow the email link to set and confirm your new password.

  6. Log In: Return to the login page and use your new password to access your account.

Troubleshooting Tips

  • Email Not Received: Check spam/junk folders.

  • Expired Link: If expired, repeat the reset process.

  • No Account Found: Contact your administrator to confirm your email is registered.
