Managing Your Profile Information
Your profile includes essential contact and professional details such as your name, role, title, phone number, and profile picture.
You can edit this information using two methods: through the Profile Menu or via the People Section.
Method 1: Via the Profile Menu
Access Your Profile Menu: Click your profile icon in the upper-right corner of the Operator interface.
Select Edit: In the side panel that opens, click Edit to open your profile details.
βUpdate Your Information:
- Name, Role & Title: Update these fields as needed.
- Phone Number: Enter your current contact number.
- Profile Picture: Click Upload a profile picture to add or replace your photo.
Save Your Changes: Click Save Changes to apply updates.
Method 2: Via the People Section
Navigate to the People Section: From the main menu on the left, select Team.
Locate Your Profile:
- Click the ellipsis (β¦) next to your name and select Edit.
- Click your name to open your profile details, then click Edit on the right-hand side.
Update Your Information:
- Role & Title: Adjust to reflect your current position.
- Phone Number: Enter your correct number.
- Email Address: Confirm or update your work email.
- Profile Picture: Click Upload a profile picture to add or replace your image.
Save Your Changes: Click Save Changes when done.
Configuring Notification Preferences
Operator allows you to customize notifications for messages, reports, and mobile alerts.
Adjusting these ensures you stay informed across desktop and mobile without unnecessary noise.
To manage your notification settings:
Access Your Profile Menu: Click your profile icon in the upper-right corner.
Open Settings: In the side panel, click Manage Settings.
βConfigure Notifications: Use the toggles to control the following:
- Unread Messages: Enable to receive email alerts for new, unread messages.
- Weekly Reporting Digest: Toggle on/off to receive a weekly summary email of platform activity.
- Push Notifications: If using the mobile app, toggle this to control push notifications on your device.
Confirm Preferences: Settings save automatically as you toggle options on or off. You can revisit this screen anytime to make adjustments.
Note: Even if email and push notifications are turned off, all alerts remain visible in your Operator notification center.
