Utilities are linked at the community level and automatically apply to all properties within that community. Utilities are managed from Advanced tab.
Utility providers can be removed from a community without deleting them from the master list.
Remove a Utility Provider from a Community
Open the community
Navigate to the community in Advanced → Communities.Locate the provider
Find the provider under the Utilities section.Remove
Click the ellipsis (…) next to the provider
Select Remove
Confirm
Confirm the action.
The provider is removed from the community and no longer appears for properties in that community.
