Utilities are linked at the community level and automatically apply to all properties within that community. Utilities are managed from Advanced tab.

Utility providers can be removed from a community without deleting them from the master list.

Remove a Utility Provider from a Community

Open the community Navigate to the community in Advanced → Communities.

Locate the provider Find the provider under the Utilities section.

- Click the ellipsis (…) next to the provider
- Select Remove

1. Open the community Navigate to the community in Advanced → Communities.
2. Locate the provider Find the provider under the Utilities section.
3. Remove
 - Click the ellipsis (…) next to the provider
 - Select Remove
4. Confirm Confirm the action.

The provider is removed from the community and no longer appears for properties in that community.
