Utilities are linked at the community level and automatically apply to all properties within that community. Utilities are managed from Advanced tab.
Link Utilities to a Community
Open Communities
Go to Advanced → Communities.Select a community
Click the community you want to configure.Manage utilities
In the Utilities section, click Add New.Select providers
Search by provider name or service type
Select the providers that apply to the community
Save changes
Click Save.
The selected utilities are now associated with all properties in the community and appear for buyers in their app and the Buyer Portal.
