Buildings are used to manage multi-unit properties, such as condominiums or townhome buildings. Grouping individual homes into a building allows teams to manage construction milestones and communication at scale.
Buildings are especially useful when multiple homes share the same construction timeline or structure.
Create a Building
Buildings are created within a community.
Navigate to the community
Go to Advanced and select the community where the building belongs.Open Buildings
In the Communicate section, select Buildings.Add a building
Click Add New.Define the building
Building Number
Building Name (optional)
Select the properties (units) to include
Save
Click Save Changes.
Adding Buildings in Bulk (CSV Upload)
For larger projects, buildings can be added in bulk using a CSV file.
Open Communities
Navigate to Advanced and select Communities.Start bulk upload
Click the ellipsis (…) and select the CSV import option.Prepare your CSV
Use the provided template
Include building numbers, names, and associated properties
Upload the file
Upload the completed CSV.
Buildings and property associations are created automatically.
