Buildings are used to manage multi-unit properties, such as condominiums or townhome buildings. Grouping individual homes into a building allows teams to manage construction milestones and communication at scale.
Buildings are especially useful when multiple homes share the same construction timeline or structure.
Update Milestones for a Building
Open the building
From the Buildings list, select the building.Open Construction
Navigate to the Construction section.Select a milestone
Choose the milestone to update.Add details
Completion date
Notes (optional)
Notify buyers (optional)
Notify Buyers is selected by default
When enabled, all buyers in the building receive an email and push notification
Mark as complete
Click Mark as Complete.
The milestone is applied to every property in the building.
