How To Edit Notifications

Steps to update your notification preferences in WarrantyOS

WarrantyOS lets you control when and how you receive notifications for service requests, messages, and warranty events.

Customizing these settings helps you stay informed without added noise — whether you're in the office or in the field.

Update Your Notification Preferences

  1. Click your profile picture in the upper-right corner of the screen.

  2. Click Edit to open your profile settings.

  3. Configure your notifications

    Use the toggles to control:

    • Service Request Assignment → push notifications when you're assigned to a service request.

    • Service Request Unassignment → push notifications when you're unassigned from a service request.

    • Purchase Order Approval Request → push notifications when you're asked to approve a purchase order.

    • Purchase Order Approval Approved → push notifications when your purchase order approval request is approved.

    • Purchase Order Approval Denied → push notifications when your purchase order approval request is denied

  4. Confirm your preferences

Changes are saved automatically as you toggle settings on or off. You can update these at any time.

Notes

  • WarrantyOS controls what triggers your notifications, but your phone's native settings control how they appear — such as whether they show as banners or on your lock screen.

  • Even if push notifications are turned off, all activity remains visible when you log in to WarrantyOS.
