Managing your property inventory is a core function of Operator. Properties represent individual homes within a community.
Add a New Property
Open Homes
From the main navigation, select Homes.Add a property
Click Add New (upper-right corner).Complete property details
Community — Select the associated community
Plan — Choose a floor plan available in that community
Lot / Unit Number — Enter the property identifier
Address — Enter the full street address
Save
Click Create or Save.
The property is added to the Pre-Contract list.
