Transactions move a property through its sales lifecycle. A transaction can only be created on an existing property.
Create a New Transaction
Select a Pre-Contract home
Open the property from the Homes tab.Add buyers
Click Add Buyers to start a transaction.Enter transaction details
Contract Price
Contract Date
Confirm Plan details
Add buyers by selecting existing contacts or creating new ones
Create transaction
Click Create New.
The property moves from Pre-Contract to Under Contract.
