Withdraw a transaction if a deal does not move forward. 

Search for the property Find the specific property under Under Contract

Open Transaction Navigate to the Transaction tab.

Edit transaction Click Edit.

- Change status to Withdrawn
- Enter the withdrawal date

Save and confirm Click Save Changes and confirm.

3. Edit transaction Click Edit.
4. Withdraw
 - Change status to Withdrawn
 - Enter the withdrawal date
5. Save and confirm Click Save Changes and confirm.

Buyer information and personal documents are removed

The property returns to Pre-Contract

Property details (address, plan, etc.) remain intact
