Transactions move a property through its sales lifecycle. Closing a transaction means the home has completed build and the buyer has closed escrow and officially becomes the owner of the home
Close a Transaction
Locate the Property
Search for the property from Under Contract
Open Transaction
From the property view, select Transaction under DetailsEdit transaction details
Click EditUpdate status
Change status to Closed
Enter the Closing Date
Save
Click Save Changes.
The property moves to the Closed list and becomes a permanent record.
