Follow these steps to create a service request on behalf of a homeowner:
Go to the property
From the left-hand navigation menu in Operator, select Closed Homes underneath Properties and open the homeowner's property page.
Open the Ownership tab
Select the Service Requests β this tab is visible on closed properties with WarrantyOS enabled.
Add a new request
Click the Add New button at the top of the page.
Enter issue details
Fill out the home issue details β category, subcategory, and description β just as a homeowner would when submitting through the app.
Submit the request
Click Submit to create the service request on the homeowner's behalf.
