WarrantyOS includes a built-in messaging feature that lets your team communicate with homeowners directly from the Service Request.
Steps
Open the Service Request
From the Service Requests tab, open the relevant request.
Click to Chat Bubble
Within the Service Request/Work Order, click the Message symbol at the top right corner.
Type your message
Enter your message in the text field at the bottom of the conversation.
Send
Press Enter or click Send. Messages are visible to all assigned buyers and internal team members.
