All messages sent between your team and a homeowner are stored within the Service Request. You can review the full message history at any time to catch up on a conversation or reference a past exchange.
Steps
Open the Service Request
From the Service Requests tab, click the relevant request.
Navigate to Messages
Click the Messages symbol on the top right corner of the screen.
Review the conversation
All messages are displayed in chronological order, including who sent each message and when.
Key Notes
Message history from the customer and team is stored permanently and does not expire.
