Follow these steps to accept an AI-generated work order:
Go to Service Requests
From the left-hand navigation, under Warranty.
Open the service request
Click on the service request that contains the AI-generated draft.
Review the AI draft
The AI Work Order Engine will have generated a draft based on the homeowner's description and photos.
Accept the draft
Click Accept & Create Work Order to create it.
Assign a vendor
Select the appropriate vendor for the work order — they will be notified automatically via email once the work order moves to in progress.
💡 Good to know: You can accept some AI drafts and edit or reject others within the same service request — each draft is reviewed independently.
