Review the AI draft
Inside the Service Request, review the AI Work Order Engine will have generated a draft work order based on the homeowner's description and photos.
Reject the draft
Click Reject to dismiss the AI-generated proposal.
Create a work order manually
After rejecting, create a new work order manually with the correct description and details.
