Follow these steps to edit an AI-generated work order:
Go to Service Requests
From the left-hand navigation, under Warranty.
Open the service request
Click on the service request that contains the AI-generated draft you want to edit.
Review the AI draft
The AI Work Order Engine will have generated a draft based on the homeowner's description and photos.
Edit the draft
Click Edit to open the draft and make changes to the description, scope of work, or any other details.
Save and create the work order
Once your edits are complete, save the work by clicking Create Work Order.
Assign a vendor
Once the Work Order is created, select the appropriate vendor — they will be notified automatically via email once the work order moves to in progress.
💡 Good to know: Every edit you make helps the AI learn. Over time, it will adopt your team's preferred language and generate more accurate drafts.
