Adding Professional Contacts

Add Professional Contacts (Loan Officer, Title, Insurance)

You can add external professional contacts, such as loan officers, title agents, or insurance providers, to a property. They will not have access to any project information within the platform but can be included so buyers or builders can easily view their details and contact them when needed.


To add a professional contact:

  1. Navigate to the People section in the main menu and select Contacts.

  2. Click Add New and enter the contact's information, including their name, company, website, and email address.

  3. Once the contact is created, you can assign them to a specific property by navigating to that property's Team section.

  4. Click the +Add new under the appropriate tab (Additional Contacts) and search for the contact you created.

  5. Select their name to add them to the property.

They will not receive an invitation email or gain access to the project β€” their details are for visibility only.
