Connecting Team to Properties

Assigning team members to specific communities or properties ensures they see and manage the projects relevant to their work. This is essential for organizing workflows and maintaining clarity, especially for large teams operating across multiple sites.

To connect a team member to a property:

  1. Navigate to the specific property from your Homes or Properties index.

  2. Select Team from the left-hand menu within the property's overview.

  3. Under the Builder Team section, click the (+ add new) button.

  4. Search for the team member’s name in the search bar.

  5. Select their name from the results to add them to the property.

Once added, you can also designate a team member as the primary contact for that property by clicking the ellipsis (...) next to their name and selecting Set as Primary Contact.
