How To: Create a Work Order Manually

Steps to manually create a work order from a service request


Follow these steps to create a work order manually:

  1. Go to Service Requests

    From the left-hand navigation, under Warranty.

  2. Open the service request

    Click on the service request you want to create a work order for.

  3. Scroll down to Work Orders

    Click the Add New button within the service request.

  4. Enter work order details

    Fill out the relevant details β€” including the description of work needed and any relevant notes.

  5. Create the work order

    Click Create to save the work order.
