Internal notes let your team document important context for a Work Order β such as site visit observations, vendor conversations, or follow-up reminders. Notes are only visible to your team and are not shared with the homeowner or vendor.
Steps
Open the Work Order
From the left-hand navigation, under Warranty. Select the Work Order you need.
Scroll to the Internal Notes
Click Add Internal Note and type.
Add your note
Click Done to save your note.
The note is saved to the Work Order and is visible to all team members with access.
Key Notes
Internal notes are not visible to homeowners or vendors.
There is no limit to the number of notes you can add to a single Work Order.
Notes include a timestamp and the name of the team member who added them
