How to Update an Individual Issue Status

Steps to update the status of a specific issue within a service request


Follow these steps to update an individual issue status:

  1. Go to Service Requests

    From the left-hand navigation, under Warranty.

  2. Open the service request

    Click on the service request that contains the issue you want to update.

  3. Locate the issue

    Find the specific issue within the request.

  4. Update the status

    Click the status dropdown next to the issue and select the new status.
