How to Add an Issue to an Existing Service Request

Steps to add a new issue to a service request that has already been submitted


Follow these steps to add an issue to an existing service request:

  1. Go to Service Requests

    From the left-hand navigation, under Warranty.

  2. Open the service request

    Click on the service request you want to update.

  3. Add a new issue

    Click the Add Issue button within the request.

  4. Enter issue details

    Provide a description of the new issue and attach any relevant photos.

  5. Create the issue

    Click Create new to add the issue to the existing service request.
