How to Update a Service Request Status

Steps to update the overall status of a service request


Follow these steps to update a service request status:

  1. Go to Service Requests

    From the left-hand navigation, under Warranty.

  2. Open the service request

    Click on the service request you want to update.

  3. Select a new status

    Click the status dropdown and choose the appropriate status.

Pro tip: you can also change the status directly in the Service Requests board.
