How to Filter Service Requests

Steps to filter service requests by status, community, or assignee


Follow these steps to filter service requests:

  1. Go to Service Requests

    From the left-hand navigation, under Warranty.

  2. Find the filter options

    Above the Service Requests table.

  3. Select your filter criteria

    Choose one or more filters between status, community, or assignee.

  4. Select the options you want to filter

    Click Apply to update the list based on your selected criteria.
